10 Things You Can Do to Help Achieve a More Democratic UC Board of Regents

  1. Stay in touch via email, facebook, twitter or RSS (this site is continually being updated)
  2. Have your student assembly pass a resolution in support of a more democratic UC Board of Regents (example from Berkeley's student government)
  3. Start a formal or informal campus group working on these issues
  4. Share information - talk with your friends, family, staff, students, and professors. This 2-page background brief may be helpful.
  5. Come out to events
  6. Contact your legislators
  7. Write your local newspaper (examples 1 & 2)
  8. Contribute your thoughts to the discussion on issues and options
  9. Make a donation to UC Democracy
  10. Explore and learn from other experiences, be creative.
